“North of North,” a Canadian comedy series now streaming on Netflix, centers on Siaja (Anna Lambe), a young Inuk mother living in the small, tight-knit Arctic town of Ice Cove, Nunavut. Feeling stifled in her marriage to the town’s “golden boy,” Ting, and yearning for a life beyond traditional expectations, Siaja impulsively breaks up with him during the annual Spring Festival.
